Please note that we specialise in upgrading Region 2 DVD and BluRay players from the UK and EU. We do not provide a service for Region 1 DVD players from USA, Canada etc. unless specifically stated in the description.

A multi-region upgrade WILL NOT facilitate the playback of copied or 'pirate' discs. If DVDs are already playing but are distorted or in black and white, we cannot be of assistance, you should not order a multi-region upgrade. Multi-region upgrades for BluRay players will only facilitate multi-region playback for DVD discs, the region coding for BluRay discs will remain fixed.
